Who we are

Giving an existing building a new purpose, without losing what makes it valuable.
Our proposed refurbishment of Sir Joshua Hassan House focuses on adapting this historic building in Gibraltar’s Old Town to accommodate the Community Mental Health Team, the Ombudsman and the Citizens Advice Bureau.
The project is shaped by a sensitive approach to the existing building: retaining and enhancing its architectural character while improving accessibility, privacy, comfort and the overall experience for both users and staff.
Inside, the new layout creates calmer, more functional spaces, while the garden is reimagined as a place for relaxation, reflection and connection, with accessible routes, integrated seating and new planting.
Externally, a refreshed colour palette and carefully considered interventions help preserve Sir Joshua Hassan House’s relationship with the surrounding Old Town.
A project about making Sir Joshua Hassan House work better for the people who use it today, while protecting its role in Gibraltar’s civic landscape.

A new space for our work, our ideas and the way we approach every project.
Our new website is now live.
Designed to offer a clearer view of who we are and what we do, it brings together our work across architecture, interior design, project management, visualisation, urban design and master planning.
At Gamma, every project starts with a vision, but also with listening, collaboration and understanding what each client and place really needs. Our role is to turn those ideas into thoughtful, sustainable and viable solutions, from the first concept through to completion.
The new website reflects that approach: clearer, more visual and focused on the projects, processes and people behind our work.
Take a look around and discover the new Gamma online.

This morning, the Gamma team took part in GSBG’s Carbon in Construction event, an important conversation around reducing the environmental impact of the built environment.
As founding members of the Gibraltar Sustainable Building Group, we are proud to contribute to the wider discussion around sustainability and to keep exploring how better design choices can support a more responsible future for Gibraltar.

Today’s colour palette: red and white, and built right.
The site is secured, the umbrellas are up, the sandía is cooling and enough food has been prepared for a small army.

A luxury interior designed around the way you live.
This 1,344 m² villa in Vilamoura brings together interior design, selective refurbishment and bespoke detailing to create a home that feels both refined and deeply personal.
The project focuses on flow, comfort and connection. Interior and exterior spaces transition naturally through terraces and outdoor living areas, while a private cinema, contemporary bar, spa zones and custom furnishings add different layers to the everyday experience of the house.
Every decision, from materials and lighting to layout and finishes, was considered to improve both how the villa looks and how it works.
Sustainability is integrated with the same care, through energy-efficient systems, smart home technology, water-saving solutions, locally sourced materials and landscaping with native species.
A home where luxury is not just about appearance, but about comfort, functionality and a strong connection to its surroundings.
