Gamma formed part of a multidisciplinary technical team to deliver the new CEPSA petrol station, positioned on British Lines Road just beyond Gibraltar International Airport. This 3,500 m² facility marks the new gateway to the Rock and replaces the longstanding station on Winston Churchill Avenue.

Proposals increased fuel storage capacity by 17.5%, now totaling 400,000 L across multiple underground tanks, and streamlined operations with 15 double fuel dispensers that elevate service efficiency by roughly 50%.

The architectural intent blends practicality with presence, using durable, low-maintenance materials which perform and endure, while creating a crisp, refined visual identity.

Sustainability features are embedded throughout the development, including a PV roof panels, EV charging points and rainwater harvesting.

Our team at Gamma liaised closely with Cepsa specialist designers in Spain, as well as franchise specialists for the integrated Carrefour store.
