The apartments are to be Irregularly shaped terraces give privacy to the residents and are set back from the perimetre of the building, in order to prevent direct sunlight, and additionally create shadows that provide interest to the elevation. general aesthetic. Louvred panels have been incorporated into most of the apartments as well as greenery to the facade. A combination of horizontal and vertical louvres at the lower floors will avoid direct daylight into the commercial spaces. Situated either side of what will become the main thoroughfare into Gibraltar from the Spain border as well as a residential hub, the backdrops on either side offer the iconic Rock and the mountains of Andalucia in Spain.
